The President of the United States of America, the highest position in the free world, is typically held by someone of an upstanding nature with outstanding character and a brilliance that is unmatched by a small percentage of the people they represent. The current position holder, Barack Obama, fits all of the requirements and exceeds the basic qualifications for the esteemed office.
Rufus and Jenny Triplett are co-hosts and co-producers of the weekly radio show the Prisonworld Radio Hour. They pride themselves on the First Amendment and in particular, Freedom of Speech and those who exercise it. Donald Trump has been exercising his rights to all who will listen but has a mountain to climb the size of Mount Everest if he actually enters the race for the office of the presidency.
Donald Trump may be viewed as an outstanding businessman, but the position of president is held to a higher standard. Here are the top reasons why this will never be a line added to his resume
- Donald Trump has racial tendencies. He operates on a level of superiority and only respects people of other ethnicities if they have achieved on a level to which he has done. He recently referred to African-Americans as “the Blacks.” No political candidate can alienate a group of people and think that they are “in touch” with people and in tune with what is going on in the country.
- Donald Trump filed for bankruptcy, a couple of times. Debt conscious Americans will not put a person in position that has the responsibility of maintaining the finances of an entire nation while their history offers a pattern of flubbing their own business finances. Trump maintains great personal wealth which shows that he cares more about himself and not the welfare of others.
- Donald Trump is a womanizer. History has shown that the majority of political candidates that are involved in any type of female scandal are the least favorable candidate for office.
2012 will be upon us before we know it. The political pools of candidates are not pretty. We currently sit with a president who cares about the people and the welfare of the country. Donald Trump has a big mouth which spouts rhetoric whenever the cameras are rolling. The recent false allegations regarding President Obama brought great ratings to the benefit of Mr. Trump.
The office of the president is not an NBC television show. The ratings of Celebrity Apprentice does not matter to the day to day operations of The White House. Air Force One cannot be branded with the Trump label. Mr. Trump, you will not be hired.
