Prisonworld View – Corporate CEO Gets Skimmed Sentence
White collar crime has known to be much leaner towards white collar criminals. Several CEO’s over the years have gotten caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Common every day people have lost millions of dollars at the mercy of greedy people. And now, the courts are just giving them slaps on the wrist and turning them loose.

A federal judge reduced the prison sentence of former Enron chief executive Jeffrey Skilling by 10 years, closing the book on one of the most spectacular white-collar cases of the last two decades.
Skilling was originally sentenced to 24 years, the longest sentence of any Enron perpetrator, and has been incarcerated in the federal prison system since his 2006 conviction. He had been facing a release date of Feb. 21, 2028. CLICK HERE to read the rest of the article.
Now, this does not seem fair, especially since crack dealers can’t get sentence reductions even after the cocaine vs crack laws have passed and have allowed several offenders to be released. This is typical for the criminal justice system to treat certain crimes better than others.
