This type of technology is said to be happening to inmates across the country. There have been stories on various local news outlets as to such. Here is one that is archived from the USA Today.

Where in the physical body would they place a technology with these functions?

(1) Two way communication in thought process…
(2) Subliminal Imagery, on call & Spontaneous…
(3) Vibration from within the physical body…
(4) Manipulation of physical senses…
