Ep 185: Author & Business Coach Ameenah Muhammad-Diggins Talks Muslim Culture on the Prisonworld Radio Hour
The Prisonworld Radio Hour is winding down 2018 with a series of shows to make it a November to Remember! Joining co-hosts Jenny & Rufus Triplett is author and entrepreneur, Ameenah Muhammad-Diggins, who wears a number of hats as a wife and mother, but is also an up and coming motivational speaker.
Ameenah is the co-owner of a bounce house company with her husband but she also has her own self-publishing coaching business. Her new children’s book, Bashirah and the Amazing Bean Pie – A Celebration of African American Muslim Culture, was released this year and will soon be made into a play. Stepping out of her comfort zone to be an example for her children and her family, she is working towards the legacy as an African American Muslim woman. We had to redo this interview due to a technical glitch but the second time around is just as good, if not better. Enjoy.
